Plug it in and it works great. Not hard to figure out the controls.The sound worked fine, first time. Mute feature is handy when you need to talk with someone in the room. Only fault is a non-standard charging connector. When will the industry ever get there act together and standardize all recharge plugs so we don't need many different recharger at our computer station.A USB port must be able to reload any.
